Can I mix different games in one order? Yes. Many couples choose to mix 2 or 3 game types across their order. Minimum 25 units per game title.
What information do I need to provide for engraving? Couple's names, wedding date, and a short message of up to 50 characters. We'll send you a proof before production begins.
Do you offer samples? Yes — we offer complimentary samples to wedding planners and event coordinators. Contact us below.
What is the full order to delivery timeline? Once you approve your engraving proof, production takes 7 business days. Standard shipping adds 2-3 days. We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks before your event to allow for proof review and comfortable lead time.

Condition for Returns: To ensure a smooth return process, please note that we can only accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

Applicable small shipping fee will be assessed.
