Condition for Returns: To ensure a smooth return process, please note that we can only accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in unused, pristine condition.
- It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and labels intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Applicable small shipping fee will be assessed.
Items Not Eligible for Return:

- Items with visible signs of use or wear
- Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

- Carefully package the product, ensuring it's well-protected for transit.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address.
Inspection and Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund using
your original payment method within 3 business days.

Do you allow product exchanges?
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange the product for another item from our store, please specify your preference when initiating the return. We'll be happy to assist you with a seamless exchange subject to the conditions in the Return policy.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
We plan to soon start shipping all over the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout with various available options.
We currently offer Free Delivery to our customers in SF Bay Area. Select the Local Delivery option during checkout. System automatically provides Free Delivery option based on Zip code.
When will I receive my order?
We process each order within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Please note most units are crafted on demand once orders are received.
